Adding New Users
Giving a New User CMS Access
Aptar.com leverages Aptar’s SSO (single single-on) functionality to log into the website CMS. To give a new Aptar employee access to the website backend, please follow these instructions:
- Ask them to follow this link and login with their Aptar SSO: https://aptar.com/aptar-admin/. Please note that upon logging in the first time, they will not have any publishing permissions.
- Email Kelly.McGonnigle@edelman.com and ask to give a new user CMS permissions. Please include the new user on this email thread and indicate which level of access they should have (see permissions section below).
- After their user is updated, they will have access to the relevant content the next time they login.
To give a new non-Aptar employee access to the website backend, please follow these instructions:
- Email Kelly.McGonnigle@edelman.com and ask to give a new user CMS permissions. Please include the new user on this email thread and indicate which level of access they should have (see permissions section below).
- After their user is created, they will have access to the relevant content.
- If this is a temporary employee or vendor, please ask to remove their user once their work is complete.
